About Us

Driven by a passion for all things HVAC, Chris is the owner and operator of C&L Heating and Cooling, LLC, a company he founded in 2009. With a degree from North Central Kansas Technical College, he brings extensive expertise to every service, repair, and installation task. Chris takes pride in fabricating the majority of the ductwork used in his projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship that meets the needs of every client.​ His commitment to quality extends beyond technical skills; Chris expertly handles the bidding process, guaranteeing that each client receives a fair and thorough estimate tailored to their unique requirements. Believing that “anything worth doing is worth overdoing,” Chris continually strives to exceed expectations in all aspects of his work. When Chris is not servicing HVAC systems he can be found working on one of his many car projects or watching his kids play sports.

Tyson's exceptional troubleshooting skills have made him a trusted expert in HVAC. Since joining the C&L team in 2019, he has utilized his extensive background in maintenance, repair, and service of machinery and equipment to become an invaluable asset to the company and its customers. Tyson's ambitious work ethic and exceptional customer service have earned him a loyal following among clients who rely on his expertise to keep their equipment running smoothly. In his free time, Tyson enjoys engaging in local shooting and gun clubs, camping at the lake, and riding his Harley.

Sarah manages all of C&L’s day-to-day office duties along with dispatching, scheduling and billing. With a strong background as a registered nurse, she brings a unique blend of compassion and diligence to her role, managing office duties with the same care she once extended to her patients. In her leisure time, Sarah often spends her days driving her children to and from their activities, volunteering at church, and enjoying time with her family.
